Pastophorus Prime
Inspired by the shrine-bearing pastophori of ancient Egyptian temples, Pastophorus Prime is conceived as a collectible sculptural throne. A kneeling humanoid base—cast in marine-grade aluminum and finished in luminous 18K gold electroplate—is articulated with Art Deco fan reliefs, referencing veiled sanctuaries and ceremonial procession. Upholstered cushions in plush mohair crown the form, offering calibrated comfort against its ritual gravity. Discreet, integrated library storage is concealed within the rear structure, reinforcing themes of guarded knowledge and elevation. Positioned as a limited-edition artifact, Pastophorus Prime exists at the intersection of myth, architecture, and high-jewelry furniture.
